KiBS Merit Scholarships and Assistantships 2009-2010
Consistent with our commitment to academic excellence, we seek ways to support our students in their learning efforts through a variety of support mechanisms. For each student intake, KiBS awards several merit scholarships, and merit based administrative/teaching assistantships and administrative/research assistantships, in terms of fee remission, to exemplary candidates. A summary of the awards available to candidates admitted to the KiBS International MBA program are indicated below.

KiBS Scholar*
The KiBS Scholar awards constitute a tuition fee remission of INR 250,000. These scholarships will be awarded to those candidates with a proven record of outstanding academic performance and exemplary personal qualities (demonstrated by leadership, community participation etc.). All candidates accepted into the KiBS International MBA program will be eligible for these awards. The recipients of these awards will be identified and notified upon admission to the program.
KiBS Administrative/Teaching Assistantship* KiBS Administrative/ Research Assistantship*
The assistantships constitute a tuition fee remission of INR 1,00,000, and require students to undertake various administrative/teaching/research responsibilities for a total of ten hours per week.
All candidates accepted into the KiBS International MBA program will be eligible for these awards. Assistantships will be awarded to those candidates with a proven record of outstanding academic performance and an interest in teaching or research. The recipients of these awards will be identified and notified upon admission to the program.
*Please note that in the case of a candidate having taken an educational loan from a banking institution, the recipient of the award monies will be the loaning institution until the program costs are covered. Any award balance remaining will be passed on to the student.
