The KiBS Placement Cell operates with the dual aims of assisting students to make the transition from full time study to full time employment and also facilitating companies' recruiting procedures. Central to this effort is the initial placement for the Mentored Leadership and Professional Development Module of the IMBA.
Mentored Leadership and Professional Development Module
The IMBA program is completed with this industry based project, linked with management training, supervised by a faculty member and an Adjunct Professor from the industry. In order to further develop reflective practitioners, who draw on the frameworks from the classroom and learn from their application, this module requires the preparation and presentation of a 20,000 word thesis which demonstrates the students' capacity to translate the classroom learning into a strategic appreciation of the company/industry in which they are working and their role in the company.
Corporate Recruitment
The other task of the Placement Cell is the facilitation of companies' recruitment activities. Companies/Recruiters who wish to conduct placement at the Institute may complete the Job Placement Form [this should be a hotlink to the form in the attached word document] to identify their exact requirements and details of placement procedure so that we may make adequate arrangements. Students/Graduates wishing to avail themselves of this service can complete the Placement Profile Registration Form [this should be a hotlink to the form in the attached word document].
