Dr. Jos van Iwaarden is an assistant professor at the Rotterdam
School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He
holds a P.hD. in management with a focus on quality management, supply
chain management and organizational performance in the automotive
industry. Jos also holds an M.Sc. in business economics. He is a
visiting research fellow at the Manchester Business School, UK. Jos is
also an associate editor of the International Journal of Quality and
Reliability Management, and co-author of the fifth edition of the book -
Managing Quality, published by Blackwell, 2007.
Jos has published over fifteen academic papers on quality management
and organizational improvement in international peer-reviewed journals,
such as the International Journal of Production Research, the
International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Information
and Management, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, the
International Small Business Journal, Managing Service Quality, the
International Journal of Productivity and Quality Management, and The
TQM Journal. |
