Dr. Woods obtained her Ph.D in Tourism, specialising in Destination Quality Management.  She served as Post Graduate Program Director at SHMS (Swiss Hotel Management School), Leysin, Switzerland.  Megan has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level, delivering modules relating to Services Management, Tourism Business Management, Tourism Policy and Planning and Research Methodology.  Megan currently acts as a consultant to Fáilte Ireland, the Irish National Tourism Board, as well as maintaining links with the University of Limerick and SHMS.
